The new FBM-2000 5-layer co-extrusion blown film machine is built for high performance. It’s suitable for food packaging, medical films, industrial wrapping and flexible packaging. It comes with precision layer control, so it has strong oxygen and moisture barrier—this helps keep products fresh longer. On top of that, it can cut energy use by up to 30%, which is in line with the global push for green manufacturing.
5-Layer Film Blowing Machine
The FBM-2000 uses a mature 5-layer (A/B/C/B/A) structure. It’s easy to operate, produces stably, and is cost-effective. The outer layers give it strength and good heat-sealing ability, the core layer (made with EVOH or PA) provides barrier protection, and the middle layers act as adhesives. What’s more, it can use recycled materials, making production more sustainable.

The FBM-2000 also comes with several practical functions. It has an automatic air ring, which helps keep the film thickness uniform and reduces manual adjustment work. There’s also an automatic thickness measurement feature—this lets operators keep an eye on film thickness in real time, so they can fix any issues quickly if deviations happen. Plus, it has a multi-component feeding system, which allows for accurate control of different raw material ratios. This not only makes the production process more stable but also helps improve the overall quality of the film.
