Automatic Air Ring with IBC Internal Cooling

High-precision sensors constantly track bubble temperature and thickness, allowing the automatic air ring to adjust airflow distribution instantly. Paired with our Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) system, it delivers precise cooling control that improves film transparency, mechanical strength, and thickness uniformity—critical for high-speed FFS applications.

Horizontal 360° Upward Traction Rotation

Our horizontal upward rotating traction system effectively eliminates gauge bands and creates an ultra-smooth, uniform film surface. This is especially important for high-speed Form-Fill-Seal packaging lines, where consistent film quality directly impacts efficiency and end-product performance.

Multi-Feeding Gravimetric Dosing for Superior Material Performance
