SHXJ-A Automatic Plastic Bag Making Machine

The SHXJ-A automatic plastic bag making machine is built to make both two-layer vest bags and flat bags from roll film. It uses computer-controlled servo drives to handle feeding, sealing, punching, cutting and stacking all in one continuous process.

With a step/servo length control system, it keeps sealing and cutting dimension errors low. Photoelectric eyes help track printed patterns accurately, and the CNC system lets you adjust bag length easily. If there’s a problem with printed bags, the machine stops automatically and gives an alarm.

This machine works with both high and low density polyethylene films. Bags made on it are widely used for shopping in supermarkets, stores and markets. It runs stably, keeps consistent bag sizes, and boosts production efficiency for daily plastic packaging needs.
